I was in bad place with a home purchase, they were able to get right on job. Gustavo and his team did a great job at great price on timely manner. Always available on the phone to answer questions and with issues/changes with job. Hunter was the man on job and was very personable and did great work. Ian came out on time and did a great job replacing an outside faucet for my hose. It was cracked on the inside and despite him trying to be careful removing it broke off. He was able to try about four different techniques to get it off without cutting into my wall. The last one worked and I avoided extra cost and an extra hole. The price was great and he explained why it happened and how to avoid a problem in the future.. He insulated it to help prevent it ever happening again and told me simple techniques to use it and what to expect. I was looking for a company that was not to big and I think I made a great choice.. He asked me about my hot water heater and was able to tell me that you do have to do preventative maintenance on those about every year. So I got an estimate for that.

Ian, the service tech came the same day within a couple of hours . Very professional made an assessment of possible problems and Gave us an estimate and made an appointment for follow up. He was punctual and he and his crew all working to make a confident diagnosis of the problem and gave us a detailed estimate on the project repairs. Ian Holmes helped us out trying to figure out what was going on with our whole home water filter. He did an amazing job of diagnosing a complicated problem and had world class customer service. I mean super solutions oriented - where most plumbers would not take the time to diagnose and just try to sell a full replacement, he took the time to figure out the system and get it back online. Can’t recommend this company enough!

We live out in Springtown and we lost our water pressure. Ian H. Came out and quickly found the issue replacing the Pressure Regulator Valve and installing an expansion tank to help inside. Quick, courteous and knowledgeable professional that described the issue and making me feel well informed before doing the work. Great guy and company.

Ian Holmes was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He was also very nice and professional. Thanks to his diagnosis of my drain pipe, Atmos is taking responsibility and fixing my plumbing issue caused by a gas line replacement they did in mine and several other Fort Worth neighborhoods a few years back. I felt like he gave me the most info of anyone that had looked at my plumbing. He broke down the issue in a way that I could easily explain and relay to Atmos. I will definitely be calling Leak Wranglers in the future. Great company with outstanding employees.

IAN WAS AMAZING. I had a plumber come out and miss diagnose something. Ian came out properly diagnoses it, was very communicative, polite, explained everything, and fixed my issue. Give Ian a raise he was amazing.
